The financial and administrative procedures covering the period from an employee’s start date until the termination of their employment contract are carried out in accordance with the relevant legislation under the following headings:

• Payroll and Wage Calculations: Employee salaries, overtime pay, social benefits, and work on public holidays are calculated in accordance with applicable regulations. Income tax, stamp tax, and SGK employee/employer contribution deductions are calculated, and payroll files are prepared in bank-ready format.
• Management of SGK Employment Incentives: Employment incentives provided to employers by the legislature (such as tax credits for hiring women, young people, and additional employees, etc.) are analyzed in accordance with current legislation; we ensure that your business benefits from the incentives for which it qualifies, in accordance with the relevant laws.
• Hiring and Termination Procedures (Notifications): Notifications of employment start and termination for insured employees are submitted to the SGK systems within the legally prescribed timeframes. Upon termination of an employment contract, severance pay, notice pay, and compensation for unused annual leave are calculated in accordance with legal provisions, and the legal framework for the release and termination notice processes is established.
• Drafting Employment Contracts: We ensure that employment contracts appropriate to employees’ positions and statuses (fixed-term, indefinite-term, part-time, etc.) are prepared in accordance with the relevant legislation and within the legal framework.
